That was ideal hotel set in local area, really close to music festival and cafes and supermarket and various food outlets. The room was huge with all the usual necessities and the staff was understanding! There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge upon arrival.

Location: the hotel was close enough to food outlets, shopping centre and Mater hospital, a restaurant across the street, supermarket and Hungry Jacks and grocery shopping, restuarant, taxi's. There was café Eden Rising Sun, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the property.

Despite some flaws here and there, the accommodation was in a great spot and close to the amenities that mattered. The sheets and towels were clean and top-notch, while the hot water was always flowing. the reception staff was very kind and accommodating, which was a real plus.

Their amenities couldn't save them from their major issues. The room was in dire need of updating, and the power outlets were sparse.

Ease of booking and accuracy of availability.

We had to travel to Townsville for medical reasons overnighting in hospital one night for one person. We then had to extend another night at the hotel due to medical complications . Management was very proative in relating messages to remaining family staying in hotel and extension of stay was not problem. Location of Motel allowed quick shopping and meals in Hotel/Tavern facility opposite Motel and Motel was close to the hospital.

Nothing. Rooms were comfortable and clean - no fuss, grounds were clean too. Building was in good repair.

We had a great stay at this place, which is conveniently located near the golf club. The bed was comfortable, and we slept really well. I would definitely recommend it to others.

We stayed here for a few nights during a recent trip. The location was convenient, with easy highway access and nearby restaurants. The room was clean and tidy, with a decent shower and comfortable beds. The staff were mostly friendly, providing helpful recommendations and accommodating our requests. The pool and bar were nice extras, and the rising sun shopping center was just a short walk away.

The overall ambiance could have been better. The lack of any greenery or decoration outside the rooms made the surroundings feel a bit sterile.

Adequate and value value for money

The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The facilities were good and access to public transport was relatively easy. The other visitors were friendly and I had many a pleasant chat with them.

The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful, and they allowed us to check in early, which was great. We also enjoyed using their free washing machine and dryer. The hotel location was ideal, with a supermarket just across the street and plenty of dining options within walking distance. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable.

The swimming pool was not inviting at all, as it was covered in dust and leaves. Perhaps, it was because we were visiting during the winter months, so the owners might have neglected it.

It was convienient for what we required. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity including the hotel across the road which had very reasonable meals especially for seniors.

We particularly loved the sitting area and the free Wi-Fi in our room. The hotel also had a beautiful garden with outdoor furniture, where we enjoyed a relaxing drink in the evening.
